Works great
I'm a believer in taking extra supplements to give your body exactly what it needs. We all need a little extra help to keep ourselves healthy. I started using this product because I have minor arthritis in my neck so my doctor recommended turmeric as a natural anti-inflammatory. Arthritis
I have bad arthritis in my knees, hands and elbows that I have tried dozens of products to help reduce the pain over the years. Most have done nothing to help so I figured Id give a turmeric supplement since I have heard some people have experienced relief from it. I have taken this about a month and half at this point and my joints feel a lot better. I can extend my arms fully which is amazing. Highly recommend this!!

It works
When I started to do Jujitsu recently all the guys at the school would take Tumeric to help with digestion and inflammation. I was for sure skeptical but after taking this for a couple weeks I can say for sure this makes my body just feel healthier. Less inflammation from workouts for sure. Really glad I started to use this.

Helps gout
I get gout a couple times a year which is absolutely no fun so my doctor suggested I try taking turmeric to decrease inflammation since I like to keep things as natural as possible. I haven't had a flare up since I started taking it so I am hopeful that this will decrease the frequency.
