What are the real dimensions of this owl, it says in the description 31.5 cm, but then in the package dimensions only 12 cm.

Not sure if I can help as I gave this as a present some time ago. However, as I remember it was a little tiny thing. I think the 17cm measurement is probably round about the height of it. Not sure what the 31.5 cm refers to as it certainly isn't as tall as that. It was lovely though and seemed to be well made.
