These tablets dissolve quickly and are easy to take, which I like. They are gentle on the stomach and have no real taste. As for the results, it is a bit hit or miss. Sometimes they seem to help with soreness or bruising, and other times I do not notice much. Still, they are simple to keep on hand and worth trying if you want something mild for aches or swelling.

Works great. I had a procedure so I took 3 days before twice a day and continue up to 10 days. After 4 days I’m already healed shaving off 3 days. Great product!

Recently had significant back surgery. These little tablets are genius. Shorten recovery time significantly. Bruising goes away much faster than without. I have used these in the past for lesser bruising, and they work like a charm. Shortens recovery time. They dissolve like sugar and have a slight sweetness to them (not overpowering at all). Can't say enough good things about VitaMedica's Arnica Montana Tablets. Definitely recommend.

I will start off by saying I was not told to take nor told I shouldn’t take arnica after my surgery. I made the decision to take arnica for 2 weeks, along with other prescribed and recommended medications from my surgeon, as part of my post reduction surgery recovery. I made the decision after having taken a different brand of arnica for a self inflicted injury, and saw first hand how quickly that injury healed. This particular brand did great and worked as good if not better that I expected for my post surgery healing. It does not help ease any pain, but I believe it helped with swelling, bruising, and over all faster more complete healing. The pills are small and dissolves easily with little to no tase under the tongue. I would definitely recommend and take it again due to how quickly and effective arnica it works to help your body heal itself. It’s not magic, but it helps

My surgeon suggested that I order this as an option to minimize bruising after eye surgery. There was still bruising but might have been much worse without it. I have since used Arnica Montana for other bumps and falls. The black and blue does seem to be minimal and clear up earlier. Can’t tell if it’s the product or not but I will give it the benefit of the doubt and keep using it. As I get older and my skin gets thinner, I bruise more easily.

This product worked wonders to keep swelling and bruising down to a minimum when I had my surgery!!! A miracle I appreciated!!!

AMAZING RESULTS. I generally bruise like a peach and was preparing for a tummy tuck, breast lift and augmentation. I was prepared for the worst. I started taking these a week before surgery. I am two weeks post opp and have had very little bruising. There was still substantial swelling as to be expected, but everyone who knows me cannot believe the lack of bruising. I’m in awe! It really works if you take it as directed.

I took this before surgery and have been taking it during my recovery. There has been very little visible swelling or bruising at the incision site. I had an open laparotomy and was able to go home the next day, walking and independent. The pain has been manageable with just ibuprofen and Tylenol, no opiates necessary. Did the Arnica help? Who can say for sure but my healing is going very well and my response to the trauma of the surgery has been minimal.
