Nice looking design but unreliable. I’ve had this cordless phone, base and another handset for about 6 months now. It’s the most unreliable poor quality device I have ever had the misery to own. Compact, smart appearance, good colour. But the users guide needs work, too complicated for most people. Not easy to set up.

I bought this for a pensioner and set up the basics for him as he does not understand technology he has found it easy to use and as he is hard of hearing he found it to be very clear he had a white phone which was the colour of his choice he always puts receiver back on the base to keep it fully charged it is very light and it serves its purpose for him delivery was spot on so all in all a good purchase
