The vertical stand is missing.
It's a defective order. A part of the chair, the vertical stand is missing and I'm not able to getting any response from Amazon

Excellent Product Quality for Cost
I am value consumer. I would rate 5* for its premium quality build and stainless steel looks and ergonomic comfort. Furniture has given premium look to the room itself vs earlier branded chairs at similar or higher price. Kudos folks Best Product I am yet to review on longitvity of the product as we just bought it. Please keep in mind this is my initial assessment after few weeks of usage.
