These mats are great, I bought two and they have been great at Pilates and yoga. They are thin enough to balance, but thick enough to be comfortable.

Great grip and perfect thickness
I’ve been using this yoga mat for around 10 months and I’m really happy with it. I mainly use it for yoga and the grip has been really good, so I don’t find it sliding around while exercising. The thickness is perfect for me too — comfortable and supportive without being too thick. It’s held up really well with regular use and I’d definitely recommend it.
