Dear Sir:These inserts/orthotics are superior additions to my health and well-being. They are easily placed with no trimming and were immediately and profoundly comfortable.Custom orthotics, Super Feet Green, have all been good for my feet. My favorite, until now, was many pairs of Mefisto shoes. In which one sweats into"old school" leather and forms a custom orthotic. A good result for several hundred dollars.Your product description states: "This product is good for flat feet, plantar fasciitis, and high arches." Which to me sounds like talking out of both sides of your mouth. I have the first two issues.So High arches and No arches are treated with this same product? Say what?My work, these days, consists of eight busy hours standing on concrete. Always wearing two pairs of very thick THORLOS running socks has helped. Washing, drying, and constant heavy use have worn out 40+ pairs of wonderful Thlorlos socks.So I said to myself: Why not try these inserts? Amazon allows returns. Maybe the description writer is correct.SO I DID. The writer was correct. I was close to speechless, and my feet spoke to me: "These feel good".THESE ORTHOTICS ARE FAR BETTER THAN ANYTHING I HAVE USED IN THE PAST 35 YEARS. These insoles are currently in my house shoes used on hardwood floors. They have a nice cushioned heel and can be trimmed as needed to fit a range of shoes sizes. I got them because I recently developed heel pain in one foot and they provided some instant relief for that. I developed plantar fasciitis years ago from running in sand and got fitted for special orthotics by a podiatrist. These off the shelf orthotics seem to fit just fine without going for such a special fitting. I highly recommend giving them a try as they a very reasonably priced and comfortable and trimmable and have good arch support.I will buy again to put in my golf shoes!!

I was skeptical of the reviews. My right foot has been hurting since August 2024. I have tried different exercises for plantar fasciitis. I tried two other arch supports. I was almost contemplating an MRI. I took a chance. My foot has improved substantially. These inserts work. I have bought another pair. I highly recommend them. They are stiff and a bit firm. It is exactly what I needed. They support my feet well. Thank you!

I have flat feet so I am still trying to get used to them. The arch is very deep and doesn’t give at all. I think what I should have gotten was just a gel heel. If you have high arches these would work great. The first day I got cramps in my calves but it is getting better. I have to admit I almost threw them away. I will keep trying to get used to them.

I bought these for plantars fasciitis, every step was painful. I put these in my shoes and wow, no pain. So I did the only logical thing and bought another pair for my other shoes. I can't tell you how much of a difference these have made.

After an overaggressive training session, I found myself hobbling around with heel pain/plantar fasciitis pain for months. I tried everything. Stretching. Rolling a ball on the bottom of my foot. I quit running and switched to biking for awhile. Nothing seemed to help. I bought 2 different sets of insoles before trying these. They did very little to alleviate the problem. These insoles were a little more expensive than others, but they are worth it! Within a few days, the pain began to subside. I purchased a pair for my husband and will likely purchase another pair for myself because I am always switching them from one pair of shoes to another. You definitely need to remove the insole that came with your shoes before inserting these. Otherwise the fit might be a little too tight.

Description and reviews made these seem very solid for people with high arches. When I pulled them out I knew they were going to be a problem as they were way more flexible than past ones I had gotten. If you just need a pair of insoles for comfort and don’t have high arches these will work for you.

Very good insoles. Been using for about 6 weeks. Cushioning but not too bouncy. Perfect amount of arch support. Better than other popular ones that are $20.00 more. Highly recommend
