It looks like I got an imported copy from Italy. While the text on the back of the box may not be in English, the games was automatically set and do play in English. The PS4 and PS5 are not region locked so these PAL copies will install and play on an America console just fine. It contains 2 discs, disc 1 containing outlast + outlast whistleblower and disc 2 contains just Outlast 2. Outlast + whistleblower seem to be the latest version on disc, version 1.0 with no updates available. The outlast 2 disc does not contain the latest version, version 1.0 while the latest version is 1.4. Although I think this does mean that you can revert to the more difficult version with the chapel chase if you install the disc while offline to play version 1.0
