As a guy that is 6'2" and 200lbs, the cushion is a great width and feels GREAT. The arms are much thicker than they look in the photo and they're like a firm foam but comfortable. Having the movable lumbar support, U-sharped head pillow, recline adjustable all the way to the back, and standard tilt tension makes for an extremely relaxing chair to sit in after a long time of video game. The rolling wheels are better built than I anticipated. All moving parts move fluidly without wobbling.Assembly was a breeze. I’m not good at fixing, but assembling this chair is such a piece of cake for me.I’m a vid gamer and spend about 5-8 hours a night gaming everyday. I’ve used this chair for video games a couple of days. During the game time, it’s comfortable and I never get tired. After finishing, the cushion is still in the good shape when I get up.Would buy another for the birthday to my little bro.

I really love these chairs so much! I bought one for both myself and my wife and we absolutely love them. It only took about 10 minutes to assemble each chair and I've been using mine all day.I've had gaming chairs at a higher price points that don't feel half as comfortable as these. Both chairs arrived in perfect condition and I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase.

I bought two of these chairs for my kids. The blue and pink one. The pink one fit perfectly with the aesthetic of my daughters room and she loved it. They both love the adjustable arms that let them get the perfect placement of their hands where the want them. So far they seem very sturdy and well made. Assembly was also very easy as well. My only complaint is that I can't use one myself as my backside is a little to big for these chairs. If they afford an extra wide version and certainly buy. Thanks for the great chairs!

it took many days to get this item. Although the shipping is not that fast, the price is much cheaper compared with local store, and my husband still like it. he says it is very comfortable and it can help relax his neck. the back part is soft and the height of chair is adjustable

*update*Customer service is excellent!I like this chair a lot but there really isn't enough cushion. I work from home and I'm a gamer. This chair needs more cushion, it isn't thick enough. I've added a cushion pad to it already and I've only had it for two weeks. I don't want to wear down the cushion that's there. I'm not a heavy person, I'm 5'7 125lbs. I do like that the armrest not only goes up and down but also turns in and out...but be careful, if your used to getting up or sitting down using the armrest for support, they will move on you. Also, for me, it would be great if the armrest was able to slide in or out as of right now the armrests are a little too far out for me.I LOVE the lumbar support! I didn't even know I needed it until now. For a moment I thought the pillow would be too big for support but its perfect. I also love that its 100% adjustable so you can get the lumber support right where you need it. I don't use the headrest but I love that the option is there.I took away a star due to the armrest and cushion. But overall, its workable. I do not suffer from back pain working and playing games like I used to.

This is a great chair. My Xbox-playing experience has been taken to a whole new level. Using this chair is amazing. It is super comfortable and the leather is really nice. Also the design makes my room look a lot cooler than my other chair. The modern design and the contrasting color are really cool. I even think that this chair has made me better at fortnite than I ever was. I am really enjoying this chair.
