Worst poor quality product
โญโโโโ (1 Star) One of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever had. The product quality is extremely poor and far below expectations. The real problem starts after the sale. There is practically no customer support. Calls are routed to automated systems, and WhatsApp support only provides generic responses with no actual resolution. It feels impossible to speak to a responsible person or get meaningful assistance. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting both quality and service, but unfortunately I received neither. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from this brand and instead choose a reputed company that values its customers and stands behind its products. Very disappointed with both the product and the overall customer experience.

Excellent Build Quality, Silent Operation & Low Power Consumption!
Maine recently Longway ka BLDC fan purchase kiya aur yeh fan kaafi impressive hai. Sabse pehle, iska build quality kaafi solid hai. Plastic body kaafi durable lagti hai, aur design bhi modern aur sleek hai. Fan ki speed bhi kaafi achi hai, despite it being energy-efficient. BLDC motor hone ki wajah se power consumption bahut kam hai, matlab electricity bill pe bhi zyada impact nahi padta. Noise level bhi kaafi low hai, matlab yeh fan bilkul silent chal raha hai, jo ki mujhe bahut pasand aaya. Agar aapko ek quiet aur efficient fan chahiye, toh yeh perfect hai.Iska installation bhi simple tha. Packaging bhi acchi thi, aur product time pe deliver ho gaya. Mujhe yeh fan kaafi reasonable price pe mil gaya aur main definitely recommend karunga agar aapko.

Fan not working by remote
I have just installed this fan in my office cabin. It looks good but that's the only thing which goes in its favour. The fan is not operating from its remote. On pressing buttons, the red light of the remote flashes signalling that it is working but nothing actually happens. All I can do is switch the fan on and off from directly. None of its smart functions work. I cannot amend its speed or turn off its light. When it starts, its motion takes time as if there is some resistance within. I request the company to kindly look into the matter.
