this is such a nice piece, well made, quality materials, well packed, color and size as pictured.

This nutcracker arrived with a broken rifle. Since it's all wood, it will be easy enough to fix with glue. Aside from that, this nutcracker is wonderful. It's big at 36" tall & stands level on the base. The weight helps to keep it from tipping. The paint is shiny & has a thick coating feel. It's detailed & embellished, a furred hat & hair. A back lever moves the mouth, typical of a decorative nutcracker. I put this out for Christmas & it's this last of my decorations to pack up. It's just so enjoyable to see. It's festive & fun & lovely overall. I'll look forward to displaying this year after year.

I got this “ THE TWIDDLERS 36 Inch/ 3 Foot Nutcracker Christmas Decor (Beefeater Soldier Guard) Large Nutcracker Wooden Figure Ornament, Christmas Nutcracker Christmas Decorations, Cascanueces De Navidad Grandes” to put by my fireplace for the holidays. The nutcracker is beautiful and the body feels sturdy and solid. Unfortunately, the weapon is not sturdy or solid. It arrived with the weapon torn off and broken in 2 pieces. And when the weapon broke off, it tore the paint off in a noticeable patch. I will have to try to match the paint to do a touch up.

Classic beefeater look which is nice, but the paint job could be a bit more detailed for the price. Sturdy enough, though - it stands well without tipping. If you're looking for a larger-sized nutcracker to fill a space, this one does the job. Just don't expect it to be the star of your Christmas decor.
