I bought the Havells Avenza air oven and I’m very happy with it. Brands like Agaro and Inalsa are cheaper, but Avenza’s biggest advantage is stable heating wsinh PID controller.When you set 180°C, it stays close to that, while cheaper ovens keep fluctuating, which affects cooking. Avanza cook more even and better taste. It also has a shake reminder and grill rotation option. The build quality is good, and Havells after-sales service is reliable. The only downside is the non-stick trays and basket, but you can replace them with stainless-steel trays easily. Overall, it costs more, but the cooking quality makes it worth it. Remember : u paying more for heat consistency and trusted customer support.

I received this air oven on November 1st with high hopes, but my excitement quickly turned into frustration. The main issue was that the door was misaligned and wouldn't close properly. The door's pin wouldn't fit into the hole on the oven, making the appliance completely unusable. I initially tried to contact Amazon for a replacement, but they only offered the option of booking a service technician. Even though the product description clearly mentioned a 10-day return/replacement policy, Amazon forced me to book a technician. I was told that a technician would arrive within 48 hours, but after a lot of waiting, no one showed up. To make matters worse, after four days of back-and-forth, I was told that the service was "canceled due to the product being in working condition"—when it clearly wasn't! After all the frustration, I took matters into my own hands and managed to fix the door myself by adjusting it. This should not have been the case. The oven might work now, but my experience with Amazon’s customer service was horrendous. The product may be fine for some, but be wary of potential defects and poor service if you encounter a problem.

The product is not bad at all but, they send me a defective piece where the oven door doesn't close properly(cannot close at all) my father have to help me out and being a havells product the finishing on the lower panel is rough(under the door) feel like a roadside made. I have a huggggggeeee complain on that! Besides all of these, I tested it out made some french fries and it seems good so far. Such a disappointment when the finishing on some of the lining doesn't look and feel high end. Do I recommend it? Have used only one day can't comment on that but it's good though.

Worth it

This is hands down one of the worst online purchase experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered the Havells Avanza Air Fryer + Oven expecting a new, premium product. What I received was a completely broken, destroyed unit packed in what looked like an old, reused box with NO Havells seal on it. The internal thermocol packaging was broken into pieces, not slightly damaged—completely shattered. This alone proves the product was either mishandled badly or already returned and reshipped. The body has visible dents and damage, and the appliance does not even turn on. It is dead on arrival. This is NOT a small issue. This is a non-functional, unsafe product being delivered as “new.” Even worse, replacement is not allowed, which makes the situation even more infuriating. I had high expectations from Havells, but this experience is embarrassing for the brand. If this is how products are being sent to customers, it seriously raises questions about quality checks and warehouse practices. I strongly warn other buyers: be extremely careful before ordering this product online. This kind of negligence is unacceptable.
