I use this baking soda not only for cooking, but also as an antacid - which both uses are on the label of this package. This is organic, kosher, and it’s gluten, aluminum, and ammonia free. I I think all of these things are very important! It’s a good value for the money that you pay. Some brands are much more expensive. This is a 1 pound pouch. I would highly recommend this sodium bicarbonate.
