1.50 carat Emerald Cut Morganite and Diamond Halo Bridal Set in 10k White Gold

While this ring shipped fast and got to me well before I expected, when I opened I saw that there was a chip taken out of the stone at the inside point which I initially believed was only the flat side of the emerald cut, but when I took a closer look more recently I realized there is indeed a piece missing from the stone. And the ring was the wrong size. Then after a getting it back, it seemed fine but the stone was loose. I just want a refund and to be done with this ring.
