The description says the product comes with 2x batteries, but when I checked the delivered product, there was only one.

Opened and used box product with items missing
The box was open and used it seems also on the pdoduct add list it says 2xbatteries whereas there was only 1 battery missing which is incomplete product and misleading and cheating with customers i need a brand new packed item to be replaced or give my money back.
