I like that you can adjust the scent strength and the ability to have it detect motion. That said, when you leave motion detection on, it automatically defaults to "Strong" scent strength. If this would default to your last used setting, or if you could change it that would be perfect. It could also be improved if it had a timer. Set it to freshen every 10 mins or so when motion is detected. Hopefully they can make a firmware update to fix this. Edit: it is now keeping the last scent strength as the default with motion detection on. Works great.

I've only recently invested in the Pura system for my vehicle and am so very happy with it. It is a shame that the magnet holder is not standard to provide with this base, so I am telling you now - get the magnet holding base! Don't bother getting this without it unless you always have a cup holder space available in your car. That being said, the scents are subtle but long lasting, and I particularly like that I can look on the app to determine how much scent is left, adjust settings for when it runs, as well as the strength. This is a fantastic investment for scents in your vehicle and they offer a great variety of scents.

Great product with app support that has great smelling and long lasting scents. The issue is the charge only lasts 1-2 days and I find myself constantly plugging in the USB-C to ensure proper charge for the fragrance to work. I have it on the auto setting that detects when you are driving and only turns on then, and I expected it would last a whole work-week (but it doesn't).

Save your time and money, the scents don’t last, they barely project, and the diffuser works whenever it feels like and never gives a low battery warning on a battery that barely lasts 2 days

The air freshener is cool. Just surprised that for the expensive price it doesn't come with any air fresheners. You have to spend another $45 for one freshener. It needs to be charged when you get it. The charging cable is USB A for my car. Unfortunately my car only has USB C and I no longer own USB A chargers at home.

Received this as a gift and loved it so much that I bought one for each family member. Easy operation, just charge it and put it in your car. I keep mine in the door storage where it turns on every time,I open and shut the door. Wide range of smells and keeps my wagon free of the hobby smells (fishing, gardening)

Hello, I recently purchased the Pura Car Pro (Amazon.ae on June 3, 2025), but I am unable to connect it to the Pura app. The device powers on with a solid blue light but does not enter pairing mode despite multiple reset attempts (holding button 15–20 seconds, battery drain, app reinstall, Bluetooth reset). The app says “No Diffuser Found,” and I confirmed all settings and permissions are correct. Please advise on next steps or confirm if I can replace or return the unit. Thank you
