Q: Micriphone - I cannot get the speaker to act as the microphone during our meetings. Without the Lapels we cannot be heard. Can you help?

It has a microphone but keeping it in the desk is far away and does not catch the voice. So you need to spare one Microphone out of 10. We are using the 10 microphones and works like a charm, how simple and easy to use, amazing it is, this should have been there by 2020 from the time Covid hit us.

Q: How do you charge the 10 Microphones? Does it come with charging cables? can you charge all of them at the same time?

Yes, you can charge them all at one time. We had a separate port that plugged into the wall. Just attaché all speakers to the individual lines and plug the main one into your adapter port and plug into the wall for charging. You will have to keep the individual ones close to you. We had to send it back due to delayed voice.
