This roller is a must for everybody, even if you don’t do much exercise, it is great to release back and neck pain. After working long hours in an office I can feel the difference when I use it. I also recommend following any video for learning how to use it and make the most out of it.

The roller is exactly as described. For someone new to rolling, it’s perhaps a bit too firm, but that’s something I need to get used to. It’s size means it’s easy to keep in a cupboard and pull it out when you need it. It also makes it easy to position under your leg or lat etc as needed. The different textures are interesting and give options, although I’m not sure I can necessarily tell the difference. A good roller.

I’m a runner & wanted to help my muscle tightness in calf & glute muscles. It’s perfect for my needs & really helped my muscle relief but it is a very tough material & the grooves are quite hard, so I have used it wearing thicker leggings.Instructions are supplied, it’s a simple piece of equipment that I have used several times since purchased.

I bought this product mostly because my legs would get super sore after football training/matches. I've been using for a few weeks now and I have to say its honestly great. My legs don't even feel that sore after massaging my muscles with the foam roller. It has helped me relieve pain as well through deep stretching before exercise. Great product for athletes!

My partner has been suffering a lot with neck and back problems (he has a trapped nerve in his neck) and after using the back roller, he has slept through the night for 3 days running which is a miracle! He tried it on his neck and it was too hard but for his back and legs, it works well.

Roller is great. Delivery was even sooner than expected. Slightly disappointed that the advert showed a picture of an exercise guide that was not included with the package. Not a major issue since use is pretty intuitive.

We have found it really useful for relieving soreness and speeding up recovery times between workouts

Ottimo per massaggiare schiena, gambe, glutei e collo. Per chi fa sport è indicato l'uso post allenamento ma anche per chi non pratica sport è ottimo metodo per sciogliere la muscolatura e le tensioni accumulate.

J'ai cassé un foam roller, je n'en reviens toujours pas. La partie plastique intérieur s'est cassé sur la longeur... Certes j'ai mis tout le poids de ma jambe... Je pèse 65kg.... Les crans étaits larges et profonds, j'aimais bien pourtant. Bon.

Leider nur eine subjektive Meinung meiner seits, meine Frau meckert das es viel zu Hart ist und Sie mehr schmerzen durch die Rolle bekommen hat.Würde ich deshalb nicht weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe mich für die graue Rolle entschieden und werde sie wieder zurücksenden.Positiv:- Nur leichter chemischer Geruch, der bestimmt nach Waschen oder einigen Tagen von allein verfliegt.- Das Prinzip der Noppen funktioniert generell, ein definitiv anderes Massageerlebnis als bei meiner "normalen" Faszienrolle.Negativ:- In der Schaumrolle ist eine schwarze Rolle (Hartplastik), um das Gewicht zu tragen, denn die Schaumrolle ist nicht stabil genug. Die beiden Rollen sind leider nicht verklebt. Das führt dazu, dass die beiden Rollen in einem Rollvorgang irgendwann unterschiedlich schnell rollen, was sich für mich nicht gut anfühlt. Es rollt sich dadurch unrund.- An zwei Stellen quietscht es seltsam beim Rollen, keine Ahnung, ob das baubedingt ist oder die Hartplastikrolle einen Defekt hat.
