Make sure which sim you should use before activating
Be careful to use the correct sim for your phone and area. Or you could spend 9+ hours over 3 days on the phone with customer service. I ended up having to change my phone number. It locked up my number when I used the wrong sim. There is nothing clear in the package about needing to choose the correct sim
