Good for runs.
I'm not one to take a lot of workout supplements but I gotta admit this supplement has really helped with my runs i usually run after a 9 hour workday in a city that reaches up to 112 in the summer and I dont like to eat much before running my 8 miles after work but this supplement has really helped me through those runs. I have only tried the orange and fruit punch flavored and the fruit punch flavor was terrible I did not like it but the orange flavor is decent

Clean energy for running
Currently using this product to train for a marathon and have seen great results. It does not upset my stomach and I can tell when it is starting to kick in during my run. It provides me with clean feeling energy during my run instead of a jittery feeling like caffeine stimulants. Can be difficult to get mixed some days but I’ve found that filling a shaker bottle about 2/3 full and shaking on its side has worked very well.

Orange Flavor is Elite
Previously tried this in lemon lime a few years ago and it worked for a while but then the chunks/texture of it pushed me away from it. This orange flavor is way better!! I also think they may have fixed the chunkiness from a few years ago? Or maybe the orange flavor just hides it better. Tastes really good and I’m happy because I’ve always loved the benefits of taking this before a run.

Works with endurance training
4 stars only because it doesn’t mix well. It does specify that on the label. Taste was fine. I’ve used it before, during, and after runs in the heat. I could tell a difference when I didn’t use it. Don’t binge drink electrolytes, it will give you bubble guts and upset your stomach.
