Also, the design options are somewhat limited. While there is the ability to upload multiple pictures, there is no option to add text, which restricted my customisation a bit. As a result, I ended up designing it myself and uploaded a single picture to make it work.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The personalised photo mug made a beautiful gift and received many compliments. The excellent quality and affordable price make it a fantastic choice. I bought 3 cups the same that arrived today. The heads are missing on the photographs and 1 cup was broken because the packaging was rubbish. No bubble wrap used. Just in a box with fragile written on. Won't buy from here again. It cost £28 for 3 cups including extra for packaging. Not a happy customer
