Well. It is loose. The productis quakity built. BUT It dont attach well TO THE glimbal. I wanted to refurn it. BUT... After reading the return policy, i realized that they will get an restoking fee of up 15 percent. And they have the right to deny any return when it is used. Obiuosly, i did opened it and used the mechanical pro focus drive. The box will be open. I will keep it, otherwise it is most likely i will lost almost have of my money at their business discretion. I will try by my own to fix the problem.
