What a great item, the weight is so good for keeping it in the place it needs to be. Gets nice and warm, great for my stiff neck and frozen shoulder.

It's shaped to fit perfectly over my shoulders and the base of my neck. The pad warms up quickly and provides good heat. The cover is soft and very comfortable. It's easy to use and gives relief to my stiff neck and shoulders. I highly recommend this product.

it does keep your shoulders warm, I use it when I am work at my desk, as it helps to ease my shoulder pains, but it is heavier than you expect, which could be a testament to its build quality which seems very good.

Does exactly what it says. Heat is just right, and choice of timings is very good, also very soft and plush, retains heat very well. Very comfortable and not too heavy. Closure tab makes it easy to wear and stops it slipping off. Fits extremely well. Really good price.

This is brilliant I have neck and back pain and this is my go to item . I thought the weight might be a bad thing but it actually keeps it in place and when you are sitting you don’t really feel the weight . Heats up nicely high heat is really hot . So happy with this . Very durable so if looked after should last a long time. Material is really soft and comfortable

I cannot tell you the difference this makes to my body! I have multiple sclerosis and fibromyalgia and this really helps my extremely tight traps and upper back, I have also used it on my legs, back (laying on it) tummy cramps whilst on my period ect. Hands down honestly the best thing ever. It genuinely helps me even if on a bad day it’s just the relaxation and mindfulness, the heat whilst it’s on, I often put it on first thing in the morning as I wake up. I’ve used it a lot and put it through its paces since buying - so far it is very durable, easy to use (I do use it on full power) the weight isn’t too heavy as that would aggravate me but more of a comforting weight. Such a good purchase for the price. It helps no end and I would recommend to anyone. Ingenious. So grateful. Thankyou.

Decent product, well made and materials of good quality. Cable has a decent length. Unfortunately for me it doesn’t got hot enough. There are 9 heat levels (apparently) and I have it set to the highest level. If this was low, medium, high, I’d say level 9 feels like a medium. Otherwise it doesn’t the job.

Fabulous ! Perfect for aching neck or shoulders. Gives comfort for arthritic situations and sore muscles . The heat range is good, there’s also a timer . The cord length is just right too.i like that there a bit of weight to it too so you feel like a warm hug!

Worked very well for along time then out of nowhere it stopped working it would light up but wouldn't heat up. I didn't even have it a year.

I’ve tried a few of these and this one has the best heat. I like it hot and level 9 is very hot. It feels like the heat loses its potency after an hour or so but it works better than any others I’ve used. The material is comfortable, the cord is pretty long and it’s weighted nicely.

Absolutely LOVE this heating pad. I’ve been struggling with shoulder blade pain that seems to be a tension pain going up the neck ( likely from sitting at computer 8 hours) regular heating pads are fine if your laying down to use them but I couldn’t keep it on the area it was to light and constantly was slipping down. I wasn’t getting any help from it. Searching Amazon I found this heating pad and it’s perfect because first off it’s weighted. The weight helps it stay on area I need most. It also wraps & snaps comfortably. The heat is great. Controls are awesome and cord is placed perfectly you can wear it without having to constantly move it in place. Well worth the $$
