Complex to operate at first but eventually makes sense
This is a very large professional machine. It has many functions and adjustments that can seem overwhelming at first, but eventually make sense once you learn what the symbols on the screen mean. It does not detect the denomination of bills (can't detect a 5-dollar bill from a 10-dollar bill) so you need to be sure the same denomination is in the stack. If you mark what denomination is being counted, it will add it up for you. Otherwise, it will just count the number of bills for you. This can work with currency from the US as well as Canada, Mexico, Korea, Japan or the Euro. And it can hold up to 250 bills at once. The multiple ways it checks for counterfit money is great and I weirdly love that the bills don't all have to be facing the same way.

If you work in a cash business, meet your new best friend!
I wanted to fancy myself as a baller when I got this, someone who has so much cash laying around that counting it becomes a chore. (Oh man...I wish!). Instead, I picked this professional/business grade counter up for work. I am a bar consultant (just like John Taffer, but without all the yelling), so counting large amounts of cash is a daily occurrence. Speed is very helpful and accuracy is crucial, but there's another reason this machine called to me- I am a major germ-a-phobe and while I love money, I skeeve it pretty bad. I even wear gloves when I have to manually count bills so I don't have to touch the filthy, disgusting, plage ridden bills with my bear hands. So yea... I had very high hopes for this machine and needed it to work.It arrived very quick, well packaged/protected in foam and shipped in a branded, Bill Master cardboard box. Adding to the packaging- I could immediately tell that this wasn't going to be some generic, cheep, pathetic unit, as the packaging isn't 'white label'.Also included are a power cord (that is a pretty decent length), an aux screen (which is GREAT for me so the clients can see the same numbers I do!), a cleaning brush, warranty card (1 year warranty) and the instruction booklet. Now, this may look intimidating and difficult to learn (I was scared because technology and I are not friends), but the instructions are well written, simple to understand and easy to follow. Within 5 minutes I was an old pro!I was indeed impressed with the size, shape and weight of the machine. While this isn't 'light' where I can just toss it in my work bag and skip along on my merry way, it's also not terribly heavy either. It is heafty though, and I feel like the weight is an indication of the quality and construction. This is solid, for sure. I hate to even admit this, but my machine has already experienced some bumps (it's hard when you have to move quick and this bangs into something while being moved around, or when you are so tired at the end of the night that you throw your bag, containing the machine, on the car floor without thinking). I'm lucky really because I know a lesser machine would have called it quits already, but not this one.The notes you feed into the machine have to all be the same denomination. After that group is counted, you can 'add' new denominations to the count and it will keep a running total. I am impressed by the fact the bills don't have to be pin straight (or vending machine straight) and I've also put through some bills that had gotten a bit wet, without issue. While the unit will make a loud, audible beep if something is wrong (and error or bad bill), this runs super quiet. There's no loud machine sound and it doesn't sound like a card shuffler (that's what I expected). What really blew my mind though is how FAST this counts the bills! I don't know if they slow down the machines in movies for a dramatic effect, or if this is just the fastest machine ever, but I can get through 500+ bills in less than 45 seconds. On top of that, it's accurate too! Matter of fact, since I've been using this, I haven't had one single error in counts! Those qualities alone make this a truly invaluable tool for me and my business, but this machine takes things a step further- it catches ALL of the counterfeit bills! Bars (and other mostly cash business I'm sure) are a total hot bed for fake notes. This catches them 3 fold- if the size, shape or weight is wrong, if the UV doesn't register AND it even catches repeat serial numbers! (Because counterfitters are usually morons who copy the same bills over and over- I've seen them with my own eyes!). While it's never fun to get phony bills (it's a loss and you have to get the authorities involved), it's A LOT better to catch them yourself before sending them to the bank. This has caught countless, COUNTLESS fake bills, thank God, because I wouldn't have noticed them! This machine is absolutely amazing and totally legit! It has made my job (and life) so much easier and for that I am truly greatful. Time is money for me, so this paid for itself within the first few uses. But for the quality and effectiveness, $100 seems like a total steal for this!I feel like anyone in a cash business should have one of these and would benifit from it at TON! I even recomend my clients get this machine (not any machine- THIS machine, because we know what it is capable of), before my contract with them is over.Yes, this is my first experience with a bill counter (I kick myself sometimes for not getting one sooner!) so I may not be an expert on these machines, but I can say this confidently-This works and it works well. There isn't a single thing that I have wished I could change about it either.

Works as designed
I had hopes that this was like the type the banks use where you can have it count a stack of mixed bills but this model isn't like that. Still, it's useful as it is. Very easy to work through the menu and count bills with it. It really saves me time when balancing the till at my shop. It is accurate and fast. I'd recommend this as long as one understands it's limitations.

Game changer, don’t wait.
Working at an auction means dealing with a lot of cash, and I honestly wish I'd gotten this bill counter sooner. It's made handling cash payments so much faster and more efficient. Counting large stacks of bills by hand was always a pain, but this machine zips through them at an incredible speed. The counterfeit detection features are also a huge plus. With so much cash changing hands, it's important to be able to verify the authenticity of the bills, and this machine uses multiple methods to do just that. It gives me a lot more confidence in accepting cash payments. The display is clear and easy to read, and the controls are simple to use. Even with the batching and adding functions, it's pretty intuitive. It’s definitely a worthwhile investment for anyone who handles a lot of cash transactions. It saves time, reduces errors, and provides peace of mind

Good, occasionally jammed for us
This bill counter offers a solid mix of functionality and ease of use. It features multiple modes, including basic counting, batch processing, and an add function, making it adaptable for different needs. The built-in counterfeit detection using UV, MG, and IR sensors is a valuable addition, but it can be turned off when not required.Setup is straightforward, and operation is intuitive, even for those unfamiliar with these types of machines. The external display is a useful feature for clear visibility, and the overall speed and accuracy of the counter are impressive. It does occasionally jam with torn or misaligned bills, so careful stacking is recommended for smooth operation. While the machine is slightly bulky and not the easiest to transport, it delivers reliable performance at a reasonable price. A great choice for anyone needing a dependable bill counter with flexible features.

Works as it should!
Make sure you read the instructions, there are a lot of functions and you’ll never figure them all out by just playing around. With that said, I tested the accuracy and it’s spot on! But make sure you’ve selected the proper currency and type of bill you’re putting in the machine. For a business owner this definitely is worth its weight in gold, as it seriously can count thousands in seconds. I think once you read the instructions and try it a few times it’s super simple to operate. Highly recommend if you handle a lot of money often.
