not a dark rim, does not look like picture.plates are nice and strong but color is a light silver, color is way off as shown in image

Beautiful
These plates are great. They made the place settings at my daughter's wedding beautiful. As another reviewer noted, they are lighter than the photo. They are a true silver and not a dark pewter. However, I think they are actually prettier. Exceeded expectations. Good value for money.
