This is not a squat suit don’t expect it to add 200 lbs to your squat
Great singlet for training in general!!! The wide shoulder straps make the fit around the chest area very supportive!!!! I primarily purchased this for extra support for squats which it definitely delivers!!!! I’m 5’9” 210lbs and the XL fits great been using it now for a few months for all my workouts and it’s holding up very well!!!

I had to size down; I suggest you do the same.
I am 5'9" and weigh 145 lbs. I ordered size S (114 - 145 lbs.) but it did not provide the support I wanted. I returned it for size XS (95 - 114 lbs.). Effectively, I sized down by 31 lbs. I am VERY happy with that XS suit (pic attached). (I am 68 and this is my first weightlifting suit. I wish I had tried this many years ago.) If you're on the fence about getting one as I was, do yourself a favor and just do it. BTW, I also like the way it looks.

Best lifting suit.
I bought this suit in medium and large. I wear both on different days, because sometimes I feel like having the firmer support. Works very well for lifting, working out, and defining muscle. I get compliments all the time as well on how I look.

I had high hopes for this singlet. It I am 157 lbs and 5' 7" tall the medium in too big for me. It is bulking up around the waist and I don't feel any compression. Unfortunately I live in Guyana South America and can not exchage it for the size small. I am wondering if I can have it adjusted by a tailor and if that will be ok for my National Raw Neet. I have to find out the rules. I am really upset that I lost $100 plus dollars down the drain.

Perfect for highschool powerlifting
Used for high school powerlifting competition. Fit nice and was regulation. I've only used it 3 times but it has not torn or ripped.
