If you like the simple toys and ain't looking for a lot of detail then this car is for you. This car has the simple decals that replicate Kitt 100%. It may not have the details that the Hotwheels Kitt has but this one lights up and talks with Kitt's original voice and his voice box is in sync with his words he says to. Every time I push the button to hear him talk and see the voice box light up I have a smile on my face and it makes me feel like this is the real Kitt from the show. It's amazing how it makes you feel like Kitt is actually there with you in your house. I'm 24 years old and I love this toy it's amazing and a great price too. It's mostly plastic, not metal diecast and therefore not likely to last long in the hands of a youngster. It's an odd scale too being a 1:15 model so be aware that it might look a little out of place amongst your 1:18 collection, for example.The lights and sound functions are fun, especially if you remember the TV series from the 80s but they're a novelty and unlikely to be used after a while. I have mine as a part of a collection and would suggest that overall it should be seen more as a collectible. It's much cheaper that the metal diecast models available, so represents excellent value s long as you don't expect fantastic detail. From a few feet it looks great.
