Strength and good quality protein
With regular food we don't get enough protein. My husband was not able to eat his meal on time and it started causing weakness due to which he couldn't concentrate on work. Then I came across Horlicks protein plus this formula gives our body the right about of protein required. It contains whey,soy, and casein they are source which helps to release amino acid. The flovour is basic vanilla so it tastes good. If you are a beginner this is a great product. The price is also reasonable.
