Great suit . Lost about 15 kg in 3 months with gym diet and the sweat suit. Only problem but it's not big is that doesnt have a long lifespan as I have it for almost 6 and it tears apart but it is a good investment

Think I'm just lucky but it fits like a second skin on me. I'm 5ft 8 of average to muscular build. 32" waist and 40inch chest. Very snug but not uncomfortable. Bought medium size. Hope that helps. I'm afraid to say that if you do have big belly then this probably won't fit. When I zip it there is no spare room. Really does make you sweat.Unfortunately the zip just broke after a few monthsand now I can't use it. Waste of money. I'll stick to separate shorts and top in future.

The suit itself was awesome and amazing, but sadly to say it would not have fitted me in anyway even though it was 2XL. I would have needed a 3XXL and unfortunately they only go up too 2XL. That was the only reason I sent it back, but in true honesty I would without any doubt recommend this suit to anyone who wants to lose extra body fluid as I wished they would have done a 3XXL as I could have exchanged it, but going back to Amazon sadly they only do it up to 2XL. I would like to thank Amazon for there help it showing me how to return this amazing suit back to them. It might sound stupid but it was something I was looking forward to wearing while training. I will have to settle for my shorts and do intense training now as this suit would have got rid of my excess body fluid as my body retains fluid and this suit was recommended to me by a friend. Good product. Does make you sweat more.Difficult to take off once warn. Manufacturers need to think of that.
