I have 1 inch elbow on my sump and overflow box and the connection is air tight snug and has no leaks whatsoever I highly recommend buying this definitely worth every penny

makes aquarium setup easy and flexible
i didnt use these from the beginning. I used pvc, pond tubings and million pieces of fittings to make a system of 4 tanks connected to a sump totaling about 250 gallons. every time i added a tank, i had to redo all pipe work etc. When i did the last tank, i used these instead. the white pipe attaches are not securely glued- well they arent so pvc glue types i think. rather than using pvc glue, i used a clamp - wow it worked and no leak and i can just unclamp when i have to change the setting. love them they dont kink= no kidding.

Eshopps R-100 Sump
3 foot length is perfect for under cabinet install of R-100 sump on 75 Gallon reef tank. Pipe was in new packaging and far cleaner looking than the photo in the actual Amazon listing. Very happy.
