Often called Rugby Tape, hand-tearable Tear EAB is ideal for stabilising joints, supporting fingers, thumbs, wrists, ankles, knees and elbows, securing lifting blocks in rugby, and providing moderate compression in training, rehabilitation and competition. The 2.5cm Tear EAB is perfect for precise taping of thumbs, fingers and small joints, while the 5cm width is the most versatile for general sports strapping, ankle or knee support, thumb taping and finger protection. The 7.5cm Tear EAB is designed for larger areas such as legs, elbows, knees or strapping rugby lifting blocks, delivering maximum coverage and reliable support. Widely used across rugby, football, CrossFit, weightlifting, boxing, martial arts, climbing, BJJ, volleyball, basketball and other high-intensity sports, it can also be applied as ear tape to prevent cauliflower ear, as a compression wrap to secure other tapes or bandages, or as pitch-side first aid support. Tear EAB is popular as finger tape, thumb tape, ankle tape, knee tape, wrist tape, sports tape, athletic strapping and physio tape. Its strong adhesive, flexible stretch, breathability and hand-tearable design make it fast and easy to apply, comfortable to wear during activity, and reliable for extended sessions. Available in white across all widths, with 5cm and 7.5cm also available in black, our Tear EAB delivers professional-grade performance, versatility and durability for individual athletes, teams, gyms, dojos, physiotherapy clinics, medical staff and sports professionals. Part of a complete range of elastic adhesive and strapping tapes, Tear EAB is trusted from grassroots to elite sport for its strength, flexibility and consistent, reliable support wherever quick, effective taping is required. ## Features - 🏋️ Weightlifting Thumb Tape - Protect your thumbs and hands. 2 inch EAB is the perfect size to wrap around your thumb when lifting in hook grip. It will protect your thumb from the friction of the bar, making it perfect as a weightlifting tape for hands, cross fit thumb tape or olympic lifting tape. - 👍 Wrist Tape - We use a tearable, lightweight, elastic adhesive bandage that is soft and grippy. It's commonly used as a wrist bandage to prevent wrist hyperextension. Tape directly over the joint line to restrict movement. - Versatile Sport Tape - Our Tearable Elastic Bandage can be used for anything from ankle tape for football to a thumb bandage, or as a first aid tape for various sports strapping situations. It's often called Rugby Tape because of it's numerous uses on the field. - ❌✂️ Hand-Tearable - No scissors are required for our EAB, just pinch and rip. Don't underestimate this tape though, it can easily last a full 90 minutes. It also has a strong and breathable adhesion, so it sticks, but feels light too. - 👐 Adhesive Bandage Tape - Can be used as a replacement for cloth Elastic Bandage Tape when you need lighter support, or you don't have access to scissors. Or as an alternative to Cohesive Bandage if you need an adhesive compression tape. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08KJK3QCM | | ASIN | B08KJK3QCM | | Best Sellers Rank | #75,755 in Health ( See Top 100 in Health ) #369 in Athletic & Corrective Tape & Supplies | | Brand | SPORTTAPE | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (1,561) | | Customer reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (1,561) | | Date First Available | 20 May 2022 | | Item model number | 5061046161839 | | Manufacturer | SPORTTAPE | | Product Dimensions | 6.2 x 13.7 x 20.3 cm; 400 g | | Units | 27 Meters | ## Images ![Tearable Elastic Adhesive Bandage, 6 Rolls - 5cm x 4.5m - Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/6181LUaTrZL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - 6 Rolls - SPORTTAPE EAB Tape | 5cm x 4.5m - Black - Tearable Elastic Adhesive Bandage Tape | Weightlifting Tape Thumb | Rugby & Football Sports Tape | Wrist, Ankle & Ear Strapping Tape for Injuries - 3 Rolls SPORTTAPE Tan Zinc Oxide Tape - 5cm x 10m - High Strength Athletic Tape, Blister Prevention Tape | Sports Strapping Tape & Shoulder Tape for Rugby, Gym, Weightlifting --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.lk/products/669293808-tearable-elastic-adhesive-bandage-6-rolls-5cm-x-4-5m](https://www.desertcart.lk/products/669293808-tearable-elastic-adhesive-bandage-6-rolls-5cm-x-4-5m) --- *Product available on Desertcart Sri Lanka* *Store origin: LK* *Last updated: 2026-11-07*
