OMG I LOVE this pan! My omelets are now perfect EVERY TIME! They are also super light and fluffy (I use 3 eggs and a dash of cream). Tip: Make sure your omelet is not too runny before you flip it—and flip it over the sink—as water can condense and spill on the stove. I also cook both sides well and often add cheese and fold it in half. It just slides out of the pan without even needing a spatula! Another tip: Let the pan cool well before you clean it. Most times I just need a soft paper towel with a little bit of soap to clean it because nothing sticks. My omelets were so sad before and now I feel like they look like restaurant quality! I did a LOT of research and took a chance on this inexpensive pan and it really payed off. Will definitely be giving these for Christmas this year.

This is an absolutely fantastic product. Make over-easy eggs easily. Just flip the pan over. Same with pancakes. Instead of trying to get underneath them to turn them, just flip the pan over to cook the other side. Highly recommend.

I bought this pan to make omelets....3 egg specifically. Hubby likes big omelets and this pan is the perfect size for a 3 egg! Fill it, cook one side and flip the pan....no muss, no fuss, just nicely cooked big omelets! Cleans up like a breeze too. Glad I bought it! Nice little investment.

i bought this complete set had about three months and the outside paint starting flaking away the pan inside however is still in good shape the pans do stick without butter or cooking spray but these pans have never been in a dishwasher and the outsides look terrible would not reccomend based on outside condition will not buy again !

Update: One hinge has snapped off while hand washing. Not impressed it didn’t even last a year. This was my favourite toy. I’d also noticed that the inside “sweats” the same colour as the pan. Was it simply painted?? I was just going to use both separately but I’m throwing it away- I have followed advice for cooking omelettes & place the gas flame on low. It takes longer to cook but after one month of every-day use, the non-stick coating still works a dream. I do use a tiny bit of olive oil on both sides only. One side has a closing “lip” which is best as the top cover as when the olive oil drips, it drips into the other pan below, not onto the flame/element. I place beaten egg in the pan when flame on med, add ingredients, close the lid & turn flame on low. I flip the pan over after about 5mins & no leaks. You can hear the “flop” of the mix as it drops. Don’t be impatient-wait til the cooking smells waft through the kitchen! So far, the finished product still flips out easily onto the plate. My ONLY teeny whinge is that egg mixture catches onto the metal bolts of the handle inside the pan...no biggie.

He probado el producto y estoy conforme con el, por ejemplo al freír huevo no ha sido necesario usar aceite, lo cual lo hace muy funcional para cuidar la salud al disminuir su uso El contra que veo es el diseño, ya que no abre totalmente el sarten para poder lavarlo (lo cual es incomodo para realizar su limpieza) y tampoco tiene un cerrado hermético a la hora de usarlo, por lo que se debe tener cuidado para no derramar la comida, no es un gran problema pero es importante tenerlo en consideración

È estrememaente antiaderente, anche se è cosogliabile almeno ungerlo con burro o olio (appena un velo per evitare che pancakes proteici possano attaccarsi) Si scalda rapidamente ed è meglio evitare fuochi grandi. Per contro, sul fornello piccolo non ha una grande stabilità da aperto a causa del peso "a sbalzo" del coperchio. Con un po' di pratica si risolve anche questo piccolo problema. A seconda della quantità di liquido introdotto, si ottengono pancakes di dimensioni differenti, per ogni necessità. Qualcuno si lamentava delle macchie sulla parte esterna. È vero, dopo un paio di volte qualche macchia si è formata ma, essendo esterna e non pregiudicandone l'utilizzo, non me ne importa. L'aspetto più importante è l'antiadetenza insieme alla praticità, e sono entrambi presenti. Rimane talmente pulito dopo l'uso che spesso lo pulisco solo con un foglio di carta assorbente. Promosso e consigliato!
