This is pharmaceutical grade phyto-curcumin, it is extremely effective for inflammation and has been used for thousands of years. I’m interested in the anti inflammatory properties of both phyto-curcumin and tumeric so I love that this blend contains both. Capsules are standard sized, flavorless, odorless, and easy to swallow. Seems more potent than other brands that I’ve tried. They are good quality but they are expensive since one bottle only gives a 20 day supply at the recommended dosage.

This product works very fast for paint relief and lasts all day. It also boosts energy. There do not seem to be any adverse side effects. It's GREAT!

These were sealed properly and have a good expiration date. Taking 3 a day isn’t ideal for some especially if you’re also taking other meds/supplements however these are worth it in my opinion. With aging and menopause I’ve been seeking ingredients to help support my system with inflammation and joint pain and these do seem to help. I’m not sure that I’ll be able to keep up with taking them as often as I’d like due to cost but when I’m able I will go to these. They do contain soy so be mindful of that. Luckily that isn’t a concern for me. I just hope it truly is non gmo.
