Fast, reliable, compact.
I bought this hard drive for my daughter as she needed to back up all her videos and images. Everything was backed up in no time. Great value for money, compact and reliable. Would definitely recommend to others.

good customer service.
The hard drive worked really well for the first 6 months, then developed a fault. The customer service team were very good, replaced the drive and made sure that I had recovered my files too, they provided good online support.

Fast and easy. Reliability to be determined.
Seems good. Anyone with reliability issues? I recently bought 2 of these and so far so good. I had poor experiences with more expensive equivalents from Western Digital and Seagate which developed bad sectors and USB connection issues respectively, so hoping this one is reliable.

Fast File Transfer and great value for money.
I bought this hard drive for my daughter as she's off to uni and she said the file transfer speeds are amazing. Her files, images and videos are safely stored. This was great value for money.

Good item
The videos and took long to pass, but it clear out what I need it. It did not work directly from my phone but it did from my computer.

No simple back up
Was hoping for a plug and play file transfer, this is definitely not, attached to Samsung s23 hoping to back up photos etc, but there seems to be no way of making a connection without an additional software and the knowledge of how to do this, so will be sending back, there must be a simple way of backing up without using cloud back up etc
