These are a lot of fun to play with. The colors are really cool as they are changing while the one side spins down while holding the other side. These 3D printed toys seem like they'll hold up.I took off 1 star because of the finishing/cleaning work. Let me explain: when something is 3D printed, at the top or the bottom (very often at the bottom), there is often a little bit of extra filament material - either melted a little weird, or just kind of hanging on. Normally, after taking the item off the printer, you take a hard plastic or metal knife to clean off the extra material. Some of that may have been done on these eggs, but a couple of them wouldn't separate at all until I had cleaned the bottoms. Once I did that, these worked beautifully!So - minor deduction for the cleaning needed - but at the price, I guess I am willing to do a little cleaning. Something to think about if buying as a gift - might be useful to open up the package and see if that is needed before giving.

I love fidgets. I have a variety of different kinds in my therapy office for my clients to use. These 3D-printed spiral eggs are such a unique addition to my collection. I received a pack of 4 - 3D printed eggs of various colors. It took me a hot minute to figure out how to spin them because I was holding the same piece which won’t allow movement. The fidget has 2 spiral pieces and when fitted together looks like an egg. You can see on the egg that there are ‘lines’ which you’ll need to hold to spin. Make sure you aren’t holding the lines from just one piece. Once you realize how to spin them apart it’ll blow your mind and you can disassemble all the eggs. I mixed and matched them when I put them back together. You just fit the 2 spirals at the top of the bottom (like a zipper) and twist. The pieces will fit back together into an egg. Good fidget toy, but it is noisy, in case you need it for someplace where you have to be quiet. Ok for small hands, and easy enough to figure out.
