Cool little gadget
This is easy to use and exactly what I needed to my indoor plants.

Cheap, effective, and does exactly what it should do. Bought this to compare lighting in various operating rooms at my workplace, and it provided instant and accurate readings of each room, allowing us to develop a game plan on retrofitting the lighting. Extremely easy to use, just turn it on. Battery life hasn’t been an issue, still going strong. A great little addition to the toolbox.

Seems to work so far
Purchased for a science expirement. My son mentioned he wished the reader meeker would be flipped while measuring the LUX lumens. That wasn't thought of during the research phase. Too late to buy a different reader.In all, if this is bought for the purpose of a science fair expirement, you may want to consider a model that can rotate the reader.

Unstable reading when held
Don’t buy this thing! When the covered it should read 0.0, or close to it. But instead I’m getting a reading of around 64 lux when I rub it. Sometimes it goes up to 100 lux when I rub it hard enough. It does stay at zero when I set it on my table undisturbed.

For the price it’s hard to beat
It’s cheap and simple, had no problems using it and was pretty accurate. I dont need the accuracy to be 100%, i just wanted to test my grow lights and their effectiveness. Good to find dead spots in the house for your houseplants. For the price it’s hard to beat

Love this little guy! I use it for inspections and to take light measurements around huge big box retail stores. Bright back light, straight to the point and easy to use, results are fast, it’s lightweight. The battery life lasts forever plus I’ve dropped in a ton of times and it’s durable & Still accurately functional. I’d definitely buy again at this low price point.

This is a must! Get accurate readings so you can place plants at the desired distance. Also for reading older lights so you know when they aren't as strong anymore.

Heb deze lichtmeter gekocht om te experimenteren met licht intensiteit voor mij fotografie hobby. En ik moet om eerlijk te zijn dit instrument nog onder de knie krijgen. Maar ziet kwalitatief goed uit en doet wat het moet. Dus is betrouwbaar. En voor z’n prijs kan je niet laten liggen. Moet wel verstand van licht hebben.
