Helps me sleep!
I bought this to try and lower my cholesterol and found it helps me sleep st night! I've had trouble sleeping for awhile now tried a prescription my doctor gave me it was horrible! So glad to have found this won't know if it helped with cholesterol until later

Couple months trial
I was looking at supplements and didn't know anything about this. So did some digging. Looks like something i could use. I will try for couple of months to see if i feel differently about them our not. Looks like good stuff and I like this brand.
