I’ve been using Grinds Energy Pouches for a while and they’ve quickly become my go-to pick-me-up. I’ve used their coffee based pouches for awhile and they are really great so I decided to try these. They have the same good quality, size, and durability as the coffee ones. However the smell isn’t as “inviting” as the coffee and smells a bit synthetic. The effectiveness is honestly about the same and functions as expected. The taste is not quite there in terms of tasting like the flavor listed. I love apple flavored things and this was sour and bitter with small hints of apple. Not terrible but not the best.

Ok but they could use a lot more flavor

I've since quit nicotine but not due to the help of these. The flavors weren't good like at all and it ..... tore? Burned? Peeled the top layer of skin off of my gums and inner lip. Use at your own risk.

Santa put these in my stocking and they are AMAZING. I’ve always been a fan of Grinds and their coffee flavors, but found the brown pouches to be a bit off putting at times. Well, problem solved, these white pouches are awesome! The pouches are discrete (looks like gum in the mouth), well made, involve zero spitting, and are significantly healthier than tobacco and nicotine. The flavors are also a nice taste. My favorite of the 3 is probably peach, but apple and wintergreen (spearmint-like) also taste like you’d expect and are enjoyable. Whether you’re looking for a little energy boost throughout the day, have a New Years resolution to kick addictive nicotine products like Zyn, or know somebody that needs an alternative, healthier option you need to give these new white Grinds a try!!

I love these! I used to be on zyns and these were a great alternative. Plus the flavors they have are awesome. I got my most of my co workers on these since they were trying to get rid of zyns. I would highly recommend if you need a caffeine hit and like flavors like green apple jolly rancher, peach tea and spearmint gum

I dont understand why anyone would purchase. They make me gag! They taste horrible! Then you need to spit out the pouch you've just been sucking on, even that makes you want to vomit. Gave them to my husband who can tolerate nearly anything bc he hates to throw anything away. Even he cannot figure out why anyone likes these. Try slow release caffeine in pill format if you get the jitters or any other type of oral caffeine product if you want immediate release.
