The mint one burned my gum and lip the other flavors are good but also irritate me, could be just me idk

I’ve used their coffee based pouches for awhile and they are really great so I decided to try these. They have the same good quality, size, and durability as the coffee ones. However the smell isn’t as “inviting” as the coffee and smells a bit synthetic. The effectiveness is honestly about the same and functions as expected. The taste is not quite there in terms of tasting like the flavor listed. I love apple flavored things and this was sour and bitter with small hints of apple. Not terrible but not the best.

I've since quit nicotine but not due to the help of these. The flavors weren't good like at all and it ..... tore? Burned? Peeled the top layer of skin off of my gums and inner lip. Use at your own risk.

I dont understand why anyone would purchase. They make me gag! They taste horrible! Then you need to spit out the pouch you've just been sucking on, even that makes you want to vomit. Gave them to my husband who can tolerate nearly anything bc he hates to throw anything away. Even he cannot figure out why anyone likes these. Try slow release caffeine in pill format if you get the jitters or any other type of oral caffeine product if you want immediate release.
