I have to be honest, it doesn't exactly feel like falling into a feather mattress but when you compare the back pain to how it feels, when you wear it, there is no comparison. I forgot to put it on when I hoovered this morning and my back complained bitterly but soon stopped aching when I put the belt on. It reminds you to stand or sit correctly, which is so important to our spines. It nags me to stand/sit straight and to pull my tummy in. Highly reccomend.

PANTS.Do not waste your money on this useless product, spend a little more on a better belt.And just by the heat pad seperately,Yes that may cost you a little more but it helps the back far more.I still have pain but it is more managable now.This BELT just agrovated my back even more, with zero support and heat pad is to small.

It made me feel confident wearing this. I use it for work in a supermarket I'm 60 and I feel I can do any work they ask me to do. Before wearing this back support I injured my back doing certain jobs for example bread trays.

Easy to use and is comfortable

Only wore this once, thought it would help give me support while playing bowls, after taking it off and going to bed I was hit with spasms of back muscle and pain, found it hard to move, put my tens machine on and that relaxed my muscles, never worn it again. But feel for some it would be good just not for me.
