So this toy looks like such a great idea and like it would be a lot of fun and good exercise for a cat. Not to mention the benefit they get from the stimulation of the ball twirling around it. Unfortunately my two older cats just ignore it. I had bought one and when they ignored it I bought a second thinking maybe the one loop was too small for them. I wanted them to like it so bad cuz they need to move around more. They have showed no interest so far. Probably not the toys fault though, they are like 15 years old and kinda chubby. That’s why I thought this would be a good, low impact way to get them moving around more but it didn’t work. Wish I’d had got this for them when they were younger and more active. Will give it more time and if still no interest, I will give it to my neighbor to see if her younger cats get into it. Anyway, the magnet works well to keep it in the loop shape, the quality seems good and the design is so cool how it stays together but flips inside out so the ball can spin around the inside or the outside. Truth be told I got quite a kick out of playing with it myself while trying to get their attention. Hopefully my cats will come around.

Initially it was a good play option, because it's quieter than its plastic counterpart. But he's gotten so frustrated with it, he pulled the ball out with his teeth. After all, it's made of flexible paper. At one point, I was searching everywhere for the ball, only to find it underneath my bureau. (That's a dresser, for you west coast folks.) So be aware of that possible safety issue. You don't need your cat breaking the plastic ball and possibly swallowing parts of it. I highly suggest supervised play only, in case you have to take the ball away.

It leaves a significant amount of cardboard debris on the floor, and I don’t expect the structure to hold its shape for more than a couple of weeks. • Pet Attraction & Enjoyment: My cat was curious for about five minutes because of the bell ball, but once the ball got stuck in the folds (which happens constantly), she lost interest entirely. The "kitty curl" shape seems to make it awkward for her to actually get a good grip for scratching. • Value for Money: Even at a lower price point, the value isn't there. You are better off investing in a solid, high-density cardboard incline or a sisal post. This feels more like a disposable novelty toy than a functional piece of cat furniture. Pros: Small footprint, easy to fold away. Cons: Very messy, poor longevity, ball gets stuck easily.

Smaller than expected

This is the tiniest little piece of accordion shaped cardboard you have ever seen. This might be big enough for a small mouse to play with, but not a cat just ridiculous. It also doesn’t stay connected. It’s literally just cardboard.

I read the reviews saying they were very small. So I bought 2 of them thinking they would stick together to make it a bigger toy. Individually they are so small the ends barely touch and the magnets are weak, they don’t stick together. I tried to put 2 of them together and the magnets are still too weak to get them to stick. Don’t waste your money. These are not worth the cost and do not do what they are supposed to. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Wanted to love this product but: - either magnets are too weak or none were put on the one I received, but it doesn’t close. - the advertised complimentary toy was missing too Unfortunately I have to return this item as it doesn’t function as advertised.

Was hoping both of my cats would enjoy this toy but they showed little interest in it. The magnet is not strong so it keeps opening. This will be going in the great recycle bin. Waste of money.
