I was pleasantly surprised by how complete and well-made this kit is. The wood top feels solid, the torch works reliably, and the variety of wood chips (12 packs!) gives a lot of options to experiment with flavors. I especially liked the pear and beech chips — subtle but aromatic. The ice ball molds are a nice bonus, and the packaging makes it feel like a premium gift. Great buy for the price — would recommend for anyone into whiskey or cognac!

Perfect gift for whiskey lovers – and beyond!I got this kit as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loved it! Everything came well-packaged and the quality is excellent — the torch is easy to use, the 12 wood chip flavors are great, and the ice molds are a nice touch. It really brings a smoky, sophisticated twist to cocktails — just like in a fancy bar.We loved it so much that we ended up ordering two more sets as gifts for friends! Highly recommend!

I got this for my eldest son for his 36th birthday and he absolutely loves it! He was showing it off to all of his friends at their annual "Night before Easter" adults only party, smoking whiskey for his guests and having a great time! He let me try it on Easter Sunday dinner, and I was just as impressed as his guests. It added a wonderful smokey aroma and flavor to my whiskey (I tried apple wood)!It's easy to set up, comes with a fantastic assortment of woods to sample (you only use a tiny bit per glass, so there's actually a ton smoked servings in the box) and a lighter that's pre-filled and ready to blaze that wood into smokey goodness. He hasn't played with the ice ball mold or whiskey rocks yet (he prefers his neat).Pros: Tons of variety, ready to go, lots of extras.Cons: Won't fit on a Glencairn Crystal Whiskey Glass (but fits all his other whiskey glasses with no issues).I 100% feel that it's worthy of a 5 star review!

This cocktail smoker kit is very nice. I like how it includes two tins of each wood chips. This allows you to truly enjoy each flavor with your favorite cocktail. I personally use it for old fashions and they are fantastic! The blowtorch is a nice added feature that I didn’t really need but now I have one that will stay with the set. My torch came loaded with butane although the description said it would be empty. The ice ball is really nice as well but the ball isn’t perfect, which is no big deal for me. All in all I would recommend this kit to a friend.
