WAVLINK USB 3.0 Universal Laptop Docking Station for Windows and Mac (Dual Monitor: HDMI and DVI/HDMI/VGA, Gigabit Ethernet, Audio, 6 USB Ports)

This a dreadful product - probably the worst docking station I have seen in last 20 years working in IT support. I reserve my 1 star reviews for thise products that reall are best avoided. Not only does this dock not not work out of the box in terms of plug-and-play, but the manual (a sheet of folded paper) is far (and I mean FAR!) removed from "user friendly". Don't bother downloading the on-line version - it is exactly the same. And the support is laughable. I reached at at 10:30 am their time. I got a reply that said "they were on a break". That break seemed to go on forever. In fact they did reply via email a few hours later - some break! But instead of asking what the issue was or more details they wanted to know what laptop I was using - perhaps if their were restrictions they could have mentioned them beforehand, in the listing for example. But the most annoying thing is that the power lead seems to want to fall out no matter what I try - I use a height adjustable desk and in at least 1 in 4 times I adjust it up or down just the motion seems to make the cable fall out - talk about loose! I put that down to poor quality control, and although I knew it at the time of ordering, the poor part of the design is to have only 1 Display Port output. I guess their obsession was the slimness of the dock - a case of design over substance. I normally use Lenovo docking stations but the price is creeping up so w went for a similar spec. but slightly cheaper device. Wasted money. Luckily I will get a refund from Amazon . I suggest that you buy almost anything else that will dock your laptop because this product and support aren't worth investing your time and effort on.

Although pricey very easy to use and it was easy to connect three screens - scope to add another few screens too which was why I wanted this docking stations specifically

I've got a number of laptops at home, a dell, a lenovo, an asus and i recently set up a work station with dual monitors... And I needed to be able to connect any laptop to them - enter stage: wavlink, as soon as I read the specs i knew this one would be a perfect fit. I hookee up dual monitors, one via hdmi and the other hdmi to dvi, got my wireless mouse connected, lan to my router, my roccat keyboard and my sound system, albeit cables still messy cause im lazy, but it all works flawlessly! And the dock itself doesn't take up much space and is a vertical position which is great too! Everything i needed came included so there was nothing i had to add on my own (exclude my hdmi cables) i would definitely use another dock from wavlink in the future

Cuando quiero usar todos los puertos se desconecta todo y empieza a marcar errores. Estuve buscando como resolverlo pero en windows 11 no encontré solución. Mi error fue tardarme y pasó el tiempo, hubiera preferido devolverlo porque no es 100% funcional. Lo compré porque era de un menor precio comparado con otros. Mi recomendación es que busquen otros.

This hub does the job. I have two monitors connected to it. The Ethernet port is convenient as well as the other USB ports. I wish it had an USB c port but unfortunately it doesn’t. So far so good.

Fácil de usar, se comecta por usb 3.0 a la computadora, es resolución 2 k, se debe instalar un programa para que se vea una buena resolución, buena velocidad de transferencia
