I grew up drinking fenugreek tea - my Mother would give it to us for just about everything! So, when I drink it now for sore throats, sinus issues and colds, it is nostalgic as well as really works for me and tastes great. So glad I can order it from here because it is hard to find in stores. Please don’t stop selling fenugreek tea!! Thanks!

So, according to the research I did on Fenugreek, it’s supposed to help with your skin and hair. I only used the tea until it ran out so I can’t say that the effects will be long term. But from what I can recall, my skin was doing great during the time I was taking it. Not so sure about my hair (it’s curly so I don’t see the length all the time).They wanted me to review the flavor. Fenugreek is supposedly bitter. I usually use 2-3 tea bags for my cup at a time and I almost always add honey to make it sweeter. I didn’t really taste the bitterness due to that.As for value for money, I think it’s worth it for how many tea bags you get. Just make sure the dealer doesn’t raise the price over $10.

Here is what I know. My sister's co-worker was diagnosed with diabetes to his surprise although he has family members that suffer from diabetes. After he did some extensive research, he found out that fenugreek seeds is a remedy for diabetes. After three months of consistent use by submerging the seeds in boiled water to then seep, he even ate the bitter seeds, and also asked his wife to add them to his prepared meals. When he went back to his doctor, the doctor could not find one trace of diabetes and wanted to know what he did. Isn't that interesting? I've tried the seeds before and it's a little more preparation involved so I found these tea bags as an alternative. All I have to say is that after 2 days of use, my mom's blood sugar went down substantially. My sister urged me to be mindful that her sugar may go too low, so I may just give her one cup and re-use the teabags on a 2nd cup to weaken the effects. I

Bought this tea to help with my milk supply. It definitely increased after using it 3 days 2-3 times a day. Flavor wasn’t terrible with added honey or sugar.

This tea did not taste good to me. I'm still giving it 5 stars, though, because it does help my stomach and rosacea symptoms, which was the main reason for my purchase. I tried it with and without sweetener and milk, even though I don't normally add anything to any tea, but I still didn't get a good taste from it, but if I let it cool enough I can just drink it fast and still get the same benefits from it, so it's still totally worth it for me. I have different teas for taste that don't offer any special health benefits, so different teas for different reasons.

This is a good brand and works wonders to clear sinus phlem and for pneumonia cure.

I was reading an article about the many benefits of drinking Fenugreek tea, so I purchased it from Amazon. I am not disappointed. It has a refreshing flavor with agave honey & a spritz of lemon. I drink 3 cups a day.
