is this the smallest size sholly? i purchased the ble floral one & i do love it, but the bag part is very big. I am 5foot tall.

Hello I am afraid the Westminster is only available in the larger ,regular size. The handle height does go down to 36" although still has a large basket size.

I ordered this believing it’s black seeing as the picture is a black one, no mention could be any other colour. Got red. How do I get black?

The sku B07DFJFFJ3 is for the Westminster which is black with a beige trim and no pockets, if you have the red which is Balmoral this is the incorrect item and is incidently more expensive as is the deluxe version. I think you will find it very useful. I am fairly tall and I was able to extend the handles which makes it easier to push. It's very stable, holds a lot of shopping and the cover is strong enough to hold a supermarket hand basket as you do your shopping.
