No problems with delivery, even though the climbing frame was shipped from Germany during the coronavirus pandemic! Instructions were in German but the company were happy to send an English PDF version!Assembly was time consuming but straightforward. The frame is of excellent quality, well made and sturdy once concreted into the ground. Loads of fun and opportunities for my 8 year old twins to develop their skills ... definitely recommended 👍

Good things first. It looks great and the kids love it. There’s a little bit of wobble when the kids are using it, but not enough to be of concern.In terms of the problems... well, there were no reviews on here for this, so it was a bit of a leap of faith for such a pricey product. But firstly, the instructions were all in German, so a big thanks to Google Translate that it’s up! Thankfully a lot of the instructions are pictures anyway... but there are a number of errors in the instructions which take a some figuring out. One of the main parts was missing some holes to fix one of the last bars, which I thus didn’t notice until the frame was nearly completely built. Also, the equipment was missing several items including the rope, a bunch of washers and a large number of plastic fittings.The company were very quick to respond to all my queries to be fair to them, and sent out the missing parts rapidly. They were also going to send a replacement pipe with the correct holes, but by that point I’d already drilled the holes in myself (and it would have been a real pain to replace as it was already pretty much built).They did send a “gift” as an apology for all the problems... a plastic skipping rope!?!Oh well. As I said, the kids love it and it’s all built now. There were just a lot of problems for such an expensive product.

Really sturdy climbing frame for my kids. All the instructions were in a different language but was able to put my two brain cells together and figure it out.
