I've tried a gazillion different types of vitamins and energy boosts, all sorts, and generally I don't ever see any difference in me, any obvious positive change. I have to say that these actually seem to be doing the job. I have back issues and suffer serious fatigue with it so actually finding I'm less tired in the evenings than usual was a very pleasant surprise indeed. Packaged well, easy to swallow and no dodgy taste with a very reasonable price compared to others. I've got them on repeat. My only gripe, and it's very trivial and typical of me. I'm not senile, I'm 50 not ancient with memory issues, I really don't need the blister pack labelled with the days of the week so I remember when to take them!
