This is a great way to get ice on your knee. It really gets cold and stays in place. I am ordering 2 more. It is now my favorite thing!

When a person is in great pain, they want reliable methods to treat symptoms and this product will help. You can use this item as a heat sourced or a cold source, which is great. Even though this product does have some stretch ability, it does run VERY small, so unless you are young or quite thin in bone structure, you won't get it past your foot up onto your knee. I found that out immediately when I purchased the first one I ordered. BUT I was surprised to discover that it did fit my ankle very well, and curved right on there and stayed put, with no problem. I've had issues finding anything that would give me some type of relief for my swollen 20" ankles! I ordered this one, so that I'd have one for each foot. It gives great cold relief to my ankle, is very easy to freeze and reuse, and was very reasonably priced. I can get up and walk inside the house with it on. Best to wear a sock and then put it on over the sock. It's made very well and I've been using it. Thank You!

I love love love these. I put it on ever night and I can finally sleep for awhile. If my knee pain wakes me up there is another in the freezer. Wish it stayed colder longer. 30 minutes cold time

Really tight fit, to the point of it being slightly uncomfortable, but it works in terms of compression! However, it'll slide down your leg when you walk, so just make sure you're staying still. Doesn't stay cold for too long if you're in baggy pants, but if you have shorts on or leggings, it'll work just fine

Worked great for the first several uses, then started to fall apart. The gel moved all over the place. I ended up throwing it away today and I’ve only had it for about eight weeks.

Love it! Not like your typical knee sleeve or knee sleeve with gel packs that insert. So comfortable and cooling. Great if you have a baker's cyst like I do. Doesn't put pressure on the Baker's cyst. Stays in place while walking around, too.

I am using it now. The sleeve gets very cold. I have to put something underneath to protect my skin. But over all extremely happy. I just wear it for 10-15 mins, if I walk it doesn’t slip off. The size is perfect for me. I read the reviews and got what was recommend.

Doesn't remain cold enough for more than 5 to 7 minutes. Not very good
