Greatly reduces any sounds from bumping my desk. It is also a bit of a pain to insert the microphone into the mount without having the strength of a gorilla.

Honestly, I didn't think that it was going to be able to hold the weight of my microphone, but it does better than I thought it would. It even comes with a screen that fits nice and snug on my AT2020 mic which I never had before. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Fit my limited space. Just added an ankle weight at the base, that I got from Goodwill, so it wouldn’t tip over.
