Good for improving milk supply
The powder is good and surely does increase the milk supply. However not really effective for major weight loss. In total really effective for milk supply, and not for weight loss.

Good Product...
My baby is 3.5 months old, i wanted to completely focus on improving my milk supply that is why i started lacta fit twice a day, thankfully there is no problem of milk supply now, baby is not hungry and i am also recovering well
