I would easily give this a 4-5 stars if I did not have to Dremel the inside in order for it to fit the Kitchen Aid Pro 600, it was more work then I wanted to do. Also making sure it fits exactly right and won’t wobble after removing material in the inside was a pain.

Easy on and off,and the clean up is super easy.

At first try this item did not fit and I was about to send it back - then I read the instructions! It required a simple adjustment to make it fit just right and it works perfectly! I am very happy with the quality of this product and love that the silicone scraper blades are replaceable.

It works like it is supposed to however bolt slipped out and into my cookie dough.
